19.45: PSG v Lyon – PSG to Win and Both Teams to Score

PSG were humbled in their opening Champions League match of the season midweek. The Parisian side could only manage a 1-1 draw away to Club Brugge and even though they enjoyed vast amounts of possession they only registered four shots on target for the whole game. A lineup of Kylain Mbappe, Neymar and Lionel Messi could only manage four SOTs against Brugge. It’s a bit mad to write that but it’s things like this that make us love football.

Back to this game though, over the last five league meetings between the sides at the Parc des Princes, PSG have won four with Lyon winning one. PSG have played a total of six games this season, winning five and drawing one while Lyon have also played six, winning three, drawing two and losing two. PSG aren’t really in the business of keeping clean sheets, over their last 10 league games at home they’ve only keep their opponents scoreless on three occasions and in facing Lyon face a side who have scored at least one in nine of their last 10 on the road.

Both Teams to Score looks like a good shout here but there’s better value to be had. PSG have won all five of their most recent home Ligue 1 fixtures and with the firepower they have should take all three points on offer here.

19.45: Juventus v AC Milan – Both Teams to Score No Draw

Juventus have won just one of their competitive games so far this season, a 0-3 away win over Swedish champions Malmo in the Champions League. In the Serie, they’ve drawn one and lost two, scoring just three goals and conceding five.

Milan, on the other hand, have won all three of their Serie A matches so far and gave a good account of themselves against Liverpool at Anfield midweek in the Champions League. They also hammered Juve in this fixture last season, winning 0-3 and even missing a penalty.

Juve’s home Serie A record has seen them winning three of their last five, scoring nine and conceding eight while Milan have won four of their last five Serie A matches away from home, scoring 13 and conceding just three.

Juventus only recorded three home draws in the league last season while Milan only registered one draw on their league travels. Both Teams to Score No Draw has the best value odds here.

20.00: Valencia v Real Madrid – BTTS and Over 2.5 Goals

Valencia are unbeaten over their four La Liga games so far, winning three and drawing one while Real Madrid have won four of their five games in all competitions, drawing the other one.

Valencia have made things tough for Real over recent visits to the east of the country as they’ve beaten Real three times over their last five league meetings at the Estadio de Mestalla, Real have won the other two. All five of those games saw BTTS landing, four saw Over 2.5 goals.

Valencia’s home La Liga record has seen them winning four of their last five, losing the other one while Real have also won four of their last five on the road in La Liga, drawing the other one.

This should be a fascinating match, both teams are in ripe form and are the highest scoring teams in La Liga so far with 22 combined goals between them over eight combined games. BTTS and Overs has the best value here.
