It’s a Super Sunday, but not as we know it. As the great unwashed eagerly await the return of Burnley v Wolves to our primetime Sunday slot, The EFL Championship is manfully holding the fort in the absence of the bigger boys.

Nottingham Forest To Win
Forest and Coventry hadn’t met in competitive action for nine seasons until their paths crossed once more last term and it was the Tricky Trees who took the spoils on both occasions, winning home and away 2-1.
There is optimism up at the County Ground once again with the belief that a decent manager in Hughton can see real improvement in his first full season. I tend to agree. It will be hard work but I think we’ll see Forest Win here.
Over 2.5 Goals
Coventry were involved in tonnes of goals last season and they shipped plenty in the first part of the season. Forest, on the other hand, neither scored or conceded over 1 goal a game, netting a shocking 37 times in 46 attempts.
However, hope springs eternal and with Overs landing both times the pair have met since 2013, I think it’s worth taing a little punt at a nice price. Over 2.5 Goals is our second selection for Sunday’s main event.

If we’re going to see Over 2.5 Goals I think we’re going to need both sides to help us reach that target and that means Coventry scoring as well. They did manage just over a goal a game last season and with new-term excitement they could certainly notch here. Both Teams To Score keeps us ticking along.
Lewis Grabban To Score First
Lewis Grabban didn’t set the world on fire last season, scoring just six goals in 29 appearances. However, mostly through lack of options, he remains Forest’s No.1 forward.
I expected Lyle Taylor to go better but with rumours that he’s off, Grabban is the man we’re pinning our hopes on here. With the assurance that he will, at least, start and that he’s going to be their focal point, we’re rounding off here with Lewis Grabban to Score First.
