England cruised through their Euro 2020 quarter-final with Ukraine, dispatching Andriy Shevchenko’s side 4-0 in Rome on Saturday night to set up this fascinating semi-final with Denmark. The Danes look a completely different prospect to Ukraine and will surely challenge England much more – at the very least.

With everything in England’s hands and the boost of home support for this game, they’re big favourites to book a spot in Sunday’s final. But, what are the numbers saying? Here’s a big price Bet Builder for the second semi-final using Andy Robson’s cheat sheet.

England to win

England should get through this tie relatively comfortably. Denmark are no mugs and are a stubborn side to break down, but England are just a level or two above them. The ability at the top end of the pitch that Gareth Southgate has at his disposal is frightening and the likes of Harry Kane, Raheem Sterling and Mason Mount should be able to carve open this Denmark outfit.

England to Win kicks off the Bet Builder.

Thomas Delaney To Be Booked

The combative Dortmund schemer will have his work cut out if he’s to protect the back three behind him, especially if we see Mount or Jack Grealish from the start. It should be the Chelsea man lining up against the foul-heavy Thomas Delaney, with the Dane committing over two fouls per 90.

Keep that average up at Wembley and he’ll almost certainly add to the yellow card he’s already picked up at these finals. Thomas Delaney to get booked is the selection.

Mikkel Damsgaard to Have 1 or More Shots on Target

Mikkel Damsgaard is the Danish player that’s impressed most at Euro 2020. We didn’t see too many of his 35 Sampdoria appearances last campaign, so his displays this summer have been the first real taste of the 21-year-old’s ability. He loves an effort at goal, averaging just under two shots on target per 90 for Denmark, and his direct style lends itself well to having a strike on goal – something he’s done three times at Euro 2020.

Mikkel Damsgaard to Have 1 or More Shots on Target is a good play in this one.

Harry Kane to Have 2 or More Shots on Target

Though he struggled in the group stages against some world-class defenders, we’re talking your Grant Hanleys of this world, Kane has shown just how good he is in the knockouts. He’s banged in three goals in the two games since the groups and it would be no surprise to see him double that tally over the semi and final with Kane desperate for the Golden Boot, a desire that will likely lead to him trying to score from absolutely everywhere on the park.

Harry Kane to Have 2 or More Shots on Target is our final selection for Wednesday’s game.
