Paddy’s football ambassador Phil Thompson returns with a bevvy of best bets which he’s corralled into a top treble on Saturday. He’s taking in the FA Cup as well as two of the three Premier League games on Saturday.

It’s Chelsea v Leicester at Wembley in the main event as well as Leeds’ trip to Burnley and Brighton hosting West Ham in the Premier League. So, let’s see what the Liverpool legend has in store this weekend.

Thommo’s Saturday Treble

Burnley have lost four of their last six Premier League games, but they’ve won two of the last three! It seems as though they’re maybe feeling a little more comfortable now they’re safe. So, we’ve got two teams going against each other who have had two recent victories.

Leeds’ win was a nice one, a big one, against Spurs 3-1. It’s one defeat in eight for Leeds but they’ve conceded the most goals from set plays which is a problem for them and when you play Burnley that’s one of the big things, for me. That’s probably swayed me towards a Burnley Win in this game.

The FA Cup final is a difficult one but I do think Chelsea are in a better place, I really do. They’ve scored 19 goals from set plays, they’ve got the second-best defence in the Premier League, conceding 32 goals and I just feel like Chelsea have got the upper hand.

NEW TO PADDY POWER?

The Arsenal game was a little bit, maybe, just relaxation, especially after beating Manchester City last weekend. I do fancy Chelsea to Win the FA Cup Final and isn’t it a shame with it’s wrapped up in a lot of Premier League games when it used to be set up on it’s own and it was a wonderful day. But not anymore.

Brighton are sitting pretty now. This is what happens at this time of the season, do Brighton play with more freedom or do they start getting the flip flops out? I think Graham Potter’s done a wonderful job with Brighton.

But Lewis Dunk scored and then got a red card and Neal Maupay, their likeliest goal scorer, got sent off as well and in that respect I’m going for a West Ham victory. I know they’ve only had one win in their last four but I just think that West Ham are going to have the upper hand.

THOMMO’S TREBLE: I’ve got a nice treble on Saturday. As you’ve heard I’ve gone for Burnley to Win, Chelsea to Win the FA Cup final in the 90 minutes and West Ham to Win as well. So, I’ve gone Chelsea, West Ham and Burnley all to win to give us a nice treble on Saturday.
