15:00 West Ham v Arsenal: West Ham To Win and Both Teams To Score

We got a London derby on Sunday with a 15:00 kick-off at the London Stadium, but it’s a case of roles reversed as it’s West Ham that are pushing for a Champions League berth, while Arsenal languish in mid-table. The value could be with the hosts as they look to show that their league position is no fluke.

Irons boss David Moyes has enjoyed a tremendous season and he will be confident of keeping it rolling at home, where The Hammers have won five of their last six league games. Jesse Lingard has been an inspired loan signing, and he is back in the fold for this game after missing out on the last league game against his parent club Man United.

Moyesy’s men have been excellent from set-pieces this season and they will again look to exploit this against a flaky Arsenal defence that has only kept one clean sheet in their last nine league games. Mikel Arteta was forced to field a stronger team than he would have liked in the mid-week loss to Olympiakos and fatigue could be an issue for his players.

The Gunners have had no problems scoring lately in the league and I expect them to hit the net at some stage. But, West Ham are confident and fresher, and the value lies with backing the hosts to win and both teams to score.

19:30 Aston Villa v Tottenham: Draw

The late kick-off in the Premier League is at Villa Park and it’s a clash between two teams whose respective seasons are starting to unravel. Aston Villa have enjoyed an excellent season compared to last year, but Dean Smith’s men have won just one of their last six league games and will be desperately hoping that their main man Jack Grealish returns from his injury lay-off.

Villa have really struggled in front of goal in Grealish’s absence and Smith will be hoping their talisman can provide the spark to jolt Villa out of this rut. Their opponents have had plenty of problems themselves and the knives are out for Jose Mourinho after a disastrous week in which they lost to their bitter rivals Arsenal and were humiliated in Europe by Dinamo Zagreb.

Mourinho also has his share of problems, with Son Heung-min injured and Erik Lamela suspended. It will take the Spurs players a while to get that extra time defeat in Croatia out of their system and while Villa are also struggling, they have been defending well. I expect this to be a cagey encounter between two teams low on confidence, and a draw looks the most likely result.
