12.30pm: Norwich v Middlesbrough – Norwich To Win
Norwich are absolutely flying at the moment. Daniel Farke’s side are top of the Championship but, on paper, face a tricky task in the shape of Neil Warnock’s Middlesbrough in Saturday’s early televised kick off.
The Canaries are six points clear at the top of the second tier with Boro in 7th, 14 points behind their hosts this weekend. Norwich were poor in defeat against Barnsley in the FA Cup at the weekend but their league form cannot be sniffed at.
Saturday 12.30pm: Norwich v Middlesbrough
Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Football
They’ve dropped just five points out of the last 30 available and are lethal at home and away. Boro are in good shape – but they’ve been slaying the weaker sides in the division recently.
They’ve won three and lost three of their last six, with the triumphs coming against Birmingham (19th), Wycombe (24th) and Nottingham forest (20th). The teams who have beaten them haven’t exactly been world beaters, though. Farke’s folks are a cut above the wily Warnock’s and, despite Boro’s decent league position and recent form, we’re expecting a Norwich win to start our Saturday acca right.
3pm: Huddersfield v Stoke – Both Teams To Score
A tricky fixture is next up on our TV screens this Saturday as Stoke head to Huddersfield at 3pm. Huddersfield are in terrible form, losing five of their last six, but Stoke are unreliable, drawing four and losing two of their last six.
Stoke have slumped to 9th on that back of that run while The Terriers are 14th and need to wake up with many of the sides below them starting to stir. With Stoke’s run of draws and the losses racking up for Town it’s hard to say where the points will go on Saturday as both have lost the winning touch.

Sky Sports Football
It’s tempting to side with the Draw but Huddersfield’s performances have been so poor Stoke may take the win. Instead, it’s worth siding with Both Teams To Score.
Town have not been going quietly and have been getting on the scoresheet, finding the net in four of their last six. Stoke have an identical record and with both sides’ Overs/Unders all over the place the safest bet is Both Teams To Score.
3pm: Lincoln v Doncaster – Under 2.5 Goals
Two of League One’s finest face off this weekend with Lincoln hosting Doncaster at Sincil Bank looking to extend their stay at the summit of the third tier. Both are in good form, with both failing to win just once in each in their last five league games.
Clearly something has to give but Lincoln are as good at home as Doncaster are on the road. 4th-placed Rovers have two games in hand over The Imps and a win for them would leave them just three points behind the leaders who themselves are three points clear of second.
All this is pointing towards a cagy affair as two of the division’s best attacks go up against two of the best defences. But, with so much on the line, it’s often the defences that come out on top.
City have conceded 19 in 23 games at an average of 0.83 per game while Donny have let in 21 in 21 at an average of just one per game. Both of these have a trend of tight results against the better teams and we’re backing that to continue with Under 2.5 Goals in this one.

3pm: Walsall v Mansfield: Mansfield to Win
Mansfield might finally be realising their pre-season tag of promotion contenders. The taps have been turned on after a period of drought and they’ve won the last five on the bounce.
Draws were blighting them in the first half of the season but Nigel Clough’s come in and given them a cutting edge to help them get over the line in games they otherwise would have dropped points in. They’re up to 13th and are just six points off the playoffs now.
They head to Walsall this weekend with The Saddlers two places higher in the league but now lacking in momentum after a good spell. They went five without a win until beating Port Vale, who are in freefall after a good start, 3-1 last weekend.
Momentum seems to be the buzz word in League Two this season with so many teams struggling to put runs together due to the recent bad weather and Covid cancellations. The Stags certainly have that and we’re backing their squad, which is more than capable of challenging for promotion, to keep their good run going with another Mansfield Win.
