For Saturday’s Euro Acca we’ll be looking for value in the Bundesliga, the Dutch Eredivisie as well as France’s Ligue 1. Three out of four of these matches involve teams fighting in their respective titles races and we should see plenty of goals. Let’s have a look at our Saturday picks.

2.30pm: Wolfsburg vs RB Leipzig – BTTS No Draw

There have only been five meetings between the sides at the Volkswagen Arena, four in the league, one in the cup with the home side winning one, Leipzig winning two and only one, the cup match, saw Over 2.5 goal occurring. Wolfsburg have one of the best home records in the Bundesliga this season with five wins and two draws.

They’re a bit short on goals though, only scoring 12 over their seven matches with six conceded. Leipzig have won three, drawn three and lost one on their league travels, scoring just nine goals and conceding six.

The home side are on a great run too, they’ve won all five of their last home league matches, Overs landing in all. Leipzig have won two, drawn two and lost one, Overs landing in just one. Both teams will be good for a goal here but we should see a winner. Wolfsburg have the form while Leipzig need to win after last weekend’s loss to Dortmund to keep in touch with Bayern at the top. BTTS No Draw is the pick here.

5.30pm: Stuttgart vs Monchengladbach – BTTS in the 2nd Half

Stuttgart are still searching for that first home league win of the season, drawing four and losing three. Their away form is the best in the league though, with five wins, two draws and a loss they just can’t seem to get it right at home. ‘Gladbach’s away record of three wins, two draws and two losses is far from perfect, they’ve scored 15 and also conceded 15 and have been distracted by their Champions League campaign.

Stuttgart are scoring 1.29 goals per home Bundesliga matches while the away side are averaging 2.19 in their away matches. The BTTS price isn’t showing much value but if we dig into the stats we can see that Stuttgart have scored five second half goals over their seven home matches while ‘Gladbach have scored eight second half goals over their seven away matches. With those stats we have to go for BTTS in the Second Half.

5.45pm: Sparta Rotterdam vs PSV – PSV to Win & Over 2.5 Goals

Sparta’s home form has seen them win two out of their last five league matches, losing three. They’ve scored at least one in four of those five and Over 2.5 goals landed in four as well. PSV are now four points behind Ajax at the top of the table and will be going all out for the win here to stay in contention.

They’ve in robust away form too, winning three and drawing two of their last five in the league, four of those matches saw Overs and PSV scored at least two in four as well. Both teams should be good for one here at least and PSV should have more than enough to win. Our pick is PSV to Win & Over 2.5 Goals.

8pm: Angers vs PSG – Angers Under 0.5 Goals

PSG are just one point behind league leaders Lyon who play Metz on Sunday so they can, at least temporarily, take top spot for 24 hours. Hard to see Angers getting anything here. Their home form isn’t great, with two wins and three losses, failing to score in both losses as well. PSG’s away form isn’t mighty though, they’ve won two, drawn two and lost one over their last five on the road but under new manager, and former player, Mauricio Pochettino the signs have looked promising.

Paris have been stingy on the road, conceding just 0.67 goals per match, scoring 2.0 on average. While for Angers, they’re averaging 1.0 and conceding 1.33. Over their last five visits to the Stade Raymond-Kopa, PSG have kept four clean sheets and we can see that trend continuing here. The value pick then is Angers Under 0.5 Goals.
