Spurs currently top Group J with two wins and a loss from their three matches so far while Ludogorets are rooted to the bottom of the table, having lost all three of their matches in the group.
With Spurs coming into this match with four back-to-back wins under their belts, the Bulgarians look like they’re going to be in for a long night in London.
The market is heavily siding with Jose Mourinho’s Spurs here, but let’s have a look for some value and the two best bets for this Europa League Group J match.
Tottenham to Win & Over 3.5 Goals
Both teams are in pretty robust goal-scoring form. Spurs have six over their three Europa League matches so far while Ludogorets have five to their name. In the Premier League, Spurs have netted 21 times over their nine matches while the away side have 25 over their 11 Bulgarian league matches.
Ludogorets are usually good for a goal on their European travels as well – of their last 11 away Europa League matches across the last three seasons, they’ve scored in all but one and while Spurs’ have a fairly uncharitable defence in the Europa League with just two conceded so far, they’ve conceded, on average, one per match in the Premier League.
Over 2.5 goals has landed in four out of five previous home Spurs matches and Over 3.5 has occurred in two. Over 2.5 goals has occurred in four out of five away Ludogorests matches too and Over 3.5 has landed in three. With both teams in great goal-scoring form we should see plenty here.
Spurs in particular are hitting their stride and the gulf in quality between the leagues will make itself known as time passes by. We think we’re in for a bit of a goalfest here, and we’re backing Tottenham to Win & Over 3.5 goals.

Harry Kane to Score 2 Goals or More
Harry Kane has been his usual mighty self this season. He has seven goals in nine games in the league and six in five in the Europa League. He’s scored two or more in two out of his last five matches at home and has six over his last five when playing at home as well. Son Heung-Min is also in good form but if we’re looking at goalscorers Kane is the most likely here to get two.
Kane has looked very hungry in the Europa League matches, knowing that this is a competition that Spurs could well go on to win as it all now seems to be falling perfectly into place for Jose Mourinho’s squad.
The season is long though and there’s quite the way to go but this Spurs side definitely has the talent and the goalscorers to go far.
With Kane bearing down on that away goal as often as he receives the ball on Thursday night, we’re backing him to get on the scoresheet at least twice here.
