Chelsea are the surprise Premier League entrant this year, with their sixth-placed finish last term securing a place for the two-time Champions League winners in Europe’s third-tier competition.
Greek giants Olympiakos are the reigning champions, but they won’t get a chance to defend their crown, as the new format in the Europa League provides them with no route to drop down.

The 42,771-capacity Wrocław Stadium in Poland will host the final. The ground opened in 2011 and was used during Euro 2012.
It becomes the third Polish city to host a European final after Warsaw and Gdansk, who hosted the Europa League showpiece in 2015 and 2021 respectively.
