The offer applies to the English Premier League, FA Cup, Champions League and Europa League and covers the following markets:

You don’t have to opt in to take advantage of Paddy’s latest super-generous offer, just keep an eye our for yellow ‘Super Sub’ markers on the Paddy Power website and App to indicate qualifying markets and our super computer will do the rest if your selection is subbed.
The offer is only applicable for 90 minute matches – not extra time – and can be used for singles, multiples and Bet Builders. You can take advantage of the offer with both pre-game and in-play markets and bets.
If there’s multiple substitutions at the same time, our friends at OPTA will determine who’s gone off for who and who’s carrying the burden of your bet for the rest of the match so direct your @’s at them, alright?

Cash Out will be available until a player is replaced by a substitute in your bet. Cash Out is not available once a substitute is active in your bet.
Your bet will apply to the substitute who replaces the original substitute. The player you bet on will display in your bet slip and the replacement will be shown as the player who finished the game so you know exactly what’s what.
For example, if you bet on Kevin De Bruyne and he is replaced by Jérémy Doku, who is then replaced by Jack Grealish, your bet will pass from De Bruyne, to Doku, to Grealish. The betslip will display Kevin De Bruyne and the final replacement Jack Grealish.
So even if your selection leaves the game you’re still in the game with Paddy’s Super Sub Offer across a larger number of markets!
