Premier League title odds: Who will win the crown this season?

Premier League 2024/25 could be a baldie battle between Pep and Arne Slot!

The juggernaut that is the English top flight is up and running for the 2024/25 campaign and we’ve got all the Premier League odds right here for you.

We’re only a few games in but Man City have taken a slender lead at the top of the table as they search for their fifth title in a row. Arsenal were their closest competitors last season and Mikel Arteta and co will be hunting down Pep Guardiola’s men yet again.

Liverpool have entered a new era under Arne Slot and are also looking strong, losing just one game from their first five.

Erik ten Hag is still in the Old Trafford hot seat and while the title is a dream, a top-four finish and returning to the Champions League is a realistic target for the Red Devils.

New Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca is looking to bring order to Stamford Bridge, and Spurs boss Ange Postecoglu is under pressure to deliver in his second season at the club.

Manchester City

Pep is into the final year of his contract in Manchester, with speculation mounting that he has finally grown sick of the Mancunian weather.

If he does leave he will want to end his reign on the ultimate high and win every trophy in his path.

Unsurprisingly, City are favourites for most and have had a near-perfect start with four convincing wins and a last-gasp draw against Arsenal.

Erling Haaland is their key man and has scored a staggering 10 goals in his first five games. Phil Foden will be key to any success too.

City have already opened up a one-point gap at the top and don’t look like they’re going to be beaten anytime soon.

Arsenal

Arteta’s team are seen as the closest challengers having taken City all the way in the past couple of years. They almost secured a victory at The Etihad recently but had to settle for a hard-fought point.

They have added depth this summer with Italian star Ricardo Calafiori coming into the defence and the highly experienced Raheem Sterling arriving on loan.

Ben White, Arsenal, august 2023

They still don’t have an out-and-out proven goalscorer though, it’s seen as their biggest weakness and when City have a player like Haaland it could come back to bite the Gunners once again.

Arsenal are already behind by two points and failed to hold onto a victory in east Manchester that would have seen them overtake the champions.

Liverpool

As Klopp strolled off the Anfield turf for one final time he led the home fans in a slightly awkward ‘Arne Slot’ chant to usher in the new era.

Slot may have won the title in the Netherlands but the Premier League is a whole different ball game and it will be difficult to fill Klopp’s shoes.

Three of the club’s biggest stars – Virgil van Dijk, Mohamed Salah and Trent Alexander-Arnold – are entering the final year of their contract and success may be pivotal if they’re to stay.

Slot’s side has twelve points on the board with wins in their first three before a shock defeat to Nottingham Forest at Anfield.

They got back to winning ways this weekend, though, with a convincing victory over Bournemouth to put them within a point of the summit.

Chelsea

The Blues have been nothing short of a shambles at times thanks to their controversial owner Todd Boehly.

However, despite his lack of experience, new boss Enzo Maresca has breathed new life into the west London side.

Just one defeat in their first five has put them right in contention, with big wins over Wolves and West Ham raising eyebrows.

Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca

Maresca wasn’t afraid to make some big decisions in the summer culling some star names such as Sterling, Conor Gallagher and Ben Chilwell from his squad.

He still possesses a lot of quality though, particularly in the attacking third with Nicolas Jackson and Noni Madueke already scoring four so far this campaign.
