Premier League Golden Boot winners: Full list of top scorers over the years

Who's got their shooting boots on?

Ruud van Nistelrooy and Sir Alex Ferguson

Some of the greatest goalscorers in the history of the beautiful game boast a Premier League Golden Boot on their mantelpiece.

It’s every striker’s dream to score the most goals in a single league season and lead their side to probable glory. There have been 26 different winners since the inaugural 1992 season, but can you name them all?

There are some obvious ones of course, with Erling Haaland the reigning champion having won the boot for two seasons in a row, his first seeing him break the record for most goals in a single season with 36.

Can he become the third player in Premier League history to make it a hat-trick? Well, Mohamed Salah and Son Heung-Min will be two of his closest challengers, having picked up the award jointly in 2022, but it’ll take some doing.

Aside from the likely winners, there have been plenty of surprises along the way so don’t count anyone out just yet.

You can find all the Premier League Golden Boot odds on the Paddy Power website and Paddy Power app, otherwise below is a list of all the previous winners.
