If the football schedule wasn’t busy enough this summer, Copa America returns for another edition and 16 teams will head to the USA in the hope of victory.
Argentina are the reigning champions and the GOAT, Lionel Messi, will be hoping to lead his nation to glory once again. However, they will face tough competition, especially with the inclusion of teams from the CONCACAF region as well. The reigning world champions’ biggest rivals are expected to be neighbours Brazil, who were runners-up last time.
The USA will also fancy their chances of going far on home soil ahead of the World Cup in 2026, which is being hosted in Canada, Mexico and the United States.
