All eyes are on the Euros but the next Premier League season is already in sight.
Here at Paddy Power News, we have already begun the countdown to the 2024/25 campaign and the first big date in the diary is the fixtures announcement.
Fans of the 20 Premier League teams will, no doubt, be eager to find out who they face on the opening day and the campaign is scheduled to get underway on the weekend of August 17/18 – the perfect time to lay down an early marker.
Will Manchester City and Arsenal be fighting for the title once again or will we see another challenger?
It will also be the first time since 2015 that Jurgen Klopp won’t be in the dugout at Anfield. The German manager will be a huge miss to Liverpool – and the league – and it’ll be interesting to see how his replacement Arne Slot fairs.
Meanwhile, Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag will be under pressure to improve on last season’s eighth-placed finish despite the FA Cup success buying him some time at Old Trafford.
You can find out all of the fixtures for your club next season on Tuesday, June 18 at 9:00am. The 2024/25 season will consist of 33 weekends, four midweek rounds of matches and one Bank Holiday matchweek.
You can check out the latest Premier League odds on the Paddy Power website and Paddy Power app and outright markets for next term will be created by Paddy’s trusty traders as soon as the curtain comes down on the current campaign.
