Tottenham v Man City H2H record and prediction for tonight’s Premier League fixture

Who wins?

Kyle Walker and Cristian Romero

There is plenty at stake when Tottenham host Manchester City in the Premier League tonight… and Arsenal fans will be cheering on their north London rivals!

City are trailing the Gunners by one point in the title race and would head into the final day of the season on the back foot if they fail to beat Spurs, who are chasing Champions League qualification but need to win to stand any chance of overhauling Aston Villa.

Yet football tribalism is well and truly alive as some Tottenham fans are hoping their team lose as they can’t bear the thought of helping their bitter rivals to Premier League glory!

Tottenham v Man City odds are on the Paddy Power website and Paddy Power app, otherwise, the head-to-head record between the two teams and our pundit Phil Thompson’s big-match prediction can be found below.

Tottenham v Man City prediction

Phil Thompson: Things seemed to have really fallen into place for Manchester City in their run-in. They’ve just beaten Fulham, 0-4, who weren’t enjoying a good run, and Spurs have only gotten one win over their last five matches, beating Burnley 2-1 over the weekend but they did have to come from behind.

They’ve also kept just one clean sheet over their last 19 Premier League games, so you always feel that Spurs are going to concede.

Man City have won all of their last seven Premier League matches, scoring 28 goals and have scored four or more goals in six of those seven games, which is quite astonishing. City are doing what City do, they’re wrapping it up towards the end of the season. They’re also unbeaten over their last 15 away games in all competitions too so it’s not bad at all for City.

I’m going for Man City to win this by a scoreline of 1-3.
