The 32 teams left standing are bidding to seal a place in the fourth round as fans begin to dream of a mid-season trip to Wembley to land the season’s first major trophy.

The next stage of the competition will be lacking at least one big name as Manchester City face Chelsea in round three, while Liverpool will be hoping their poor league form doesn’t affect their title defence.
