Football Tips: 5 to keep your Sunday alive with our 16/1 acca from across the continent

We're covering some serious ground for Sunday's Euro acca.

For Sunday’s European action we’re taking a look at clashes in Turkey, Germany, Italy, France and Spain and have found some great value in our five-fold Acca. Let’s get stuck in.

4pm: Fenerbahce vs Trabzonspor – Fenerbahce to Win

Fenerbahce are undefeated over their five Super Lig matches so far, winning three and drawing two, scoring seven and conceding four. Trabzonspor haven’t started the league nearly as well, winning one, drawing two and losing two, scoring five and conceding seven. Four out of five previous league meetings at the Ulker Stadyumu have seen the home side win just one and the four others ended in draws, BTTS landing in four and Over 2.5 Goals in just one.

We have to go with the home side here, they’re undefeated so far this season, conceding very few goals and Trabzonspor are struggling for goals and haven’t won there in the league in more than 20 years. We’re going with Fenerbahce to Win.

5pm: Werder Bremen vs Hoffenheim – Both Teams To Score & Over 2.5 Goals

Werder Bremen find themselves in the Top 7 of the Bundesliga for the first time in a very, very long time. So far this season, they’ve won two, drawn one and lost one, scoring six and conceding six. Hoffenheim are just behind them in the league, with two wins and two losses, scoring eight and conceding six.

Over the five most recent league meetings between the pair here Hoffenheim have been the better side, winning two while three have been draws. Four of those matches saw Both Teams to Score occurring. With both teams in pretty robust goal-scoring form we should see that here again and indeed two out of three recent home Werder matches have seen Overs and five from five recent away Hoffenheim have also seen Overs. With those stats, we’re going with BTTS & Over 2.5 Goals.

7.45pm: Juventus vs Verona – Juventus to Win & Over 2.5 Goals

Juventus extended their unbeaten run to five when they overcame Dynamo Kiev in the Champions League midweek. The Old Lady have also won one and drawn two of their played Serie A matches (they were also awarded a 3-0 win over Napoli thanks to them being unable to field a team) scoring six and conceding three. Verona have won two, drawn one and lost one, scoring four and conceding just one.

Juventus have won fourteen out of fourteen previous meetings as the host and are priced as such in the markets. Five out of six previous home Juve matches (not including that Napoli one) have seen Over 2.5 Goals and it has also occurred in six out of six previous beatings of Verona at home. Juventus to Win & Over 2.5 Goals is great odds and we’re all over it.

8pm: Lyon vs Monaco – Both Teams To Score & Over 2.5 Goals

Lyon’s season has been quite a disappointment after their promising play in the closing stages of last season’s Champions League, they’ve won two, drawn four and lost one in the league, scoring 10 and conceding seven. Monaco’s record is a bit better with three wins, two draws and two losses, scoring 10 and conceding nine.

Lyon are heavy favourites to win here and have won four out of five previous meetings between the pair at home in the league. Over 2.5 Goals landed in all five and BTTS in four and with both teams in great goal-scoring form we like the look of BTTS & Over 2.5 Goals here.

8pm: Real Sociedad vs Huesca – Both Teams To Score? No

Real Sociedad have taken everyone by surprise this season and lead La Liga on 11 points after six matches, having won three, drawn two and lost one, scoring 10 and conceding just two. Newly-promoted Huesca have also only lost one match, however, they’ve drawn all five of their others, scoring just four goals and conceding six.

Sociedad have a very impressive Clean Sheets record, having kept their opponents scoreless in four out of five previous La Liga matches while Huesca have only scored in two of their last five La Liga matches. With those records we have to go with BTTS: No here.
