Football Tips: Our 9/1 fab four-fold acca for Saturday’s European clashes

We’re off on a journey all across the continent to find the very best value.

Oh, it’s so good to see a full weekend of football matches, isn’t it? Here we’re going to have a look at the four best bets from Europe as the Bundesliga enters its penultimate weekend and Italy’s Serie A returns. Spain’s La Liga is just getting back into the swing of things and we also take a look at how things are going in the Russian Premier League.

2.30pm – RB Leipzig vs Borussia Dortmund: Both Teams to Score and Over 2.5 Goals

Leipzig have now gone 12 matches at home without defeat. Dortmund are, of course, strong on their travels, they’ve won their last 7/10. These sides have only faced each other three times at the Red Bull Arena. The home side have won one, there’s been one draw and Dortmund have won one. Leipzig have lost just once at home in the league this season.

Dortmund have lost four on their league travels this season. 11/16 home Leipzig matches have seen Over 2.5 goals land, as have 12/16 away Dortmund matches. 14/16 home Leipzig matches have seen BTTS land, it has been seen in 10/16 away Dortmund matches.

5pm – CSKA Moscow vs Zenit: Both Teams to Score

CSKA have only lost once to Zenit in their last five league meetings at the CSKA Arena, this is the mostly the reason why Zenit’s odds might seem a little long here.

CSKA’s home record has seen them lose just three matches from 11 played so far this season, Zenit though are strong on the road and have won eight and lost just two. Zenit are the stronger team but CSKA having nothing to fear here and will make things tough so we’re backing Both Teams to Score.

6.30pm – Torino vs Parma: Under 2.5 Goals

Torino are making flirty eyes at the relegation battle. You can’t blame them, forever living in the shadow of Juventus, they need something to liven up their season. Parma in ninth on 35 points look safe enough, not that they’re particularly good, but that there’s enough space between them and the bottom three.

Torino have a bad record at home to Parma, over 15 home matches they’ve won just three. Seven have ended in a draw and they’ve lost five. 8/12 home Torino matches have seen Over 2.5 goals while 7/12 Parma away matches have seen it, too. However, as we’re seen all over Europe teams are coming back pretty rusty and goal-shy and with both teams having low scoring averages or 0.92 and 1.25 respectively, we’re backing Under 2.5 goals here.

9pm – Atletico Madrid vs Valladolid: Atletico to Win to Nil

Diego Simeone’s Atletico Madrid love a clean sheet, they’ve only conceded nine goals over their 14 home matches so far this season, an average of just 0.64 per game. Valladolid have scored 11 in their 15 on the road though, an average of 0.73 goal per game. With those stats it doesn’t look like goals are on the menu and we could be looking at yet another tight 1-0 or 2-0 for the home side so we’re backing Atletico Madrid to Win to Nil.
