With Kai Havertz seemingly on the to-buy list of most of Europe’s biggest clubs, bookmakers Paddy Power have released their latest odds on his transfer.
Bayern Munich have been the favourites to sign him since the market opened, falling from 5/1 to 17/10 this morning after he was left out of the squad when they played his current team, Bayern Leverkusen, on Saturday.

However, the biggest price move is on Chelsea. Priced at around 25/1 just one week ago, the odds of him switching to Stamford Bridge fell again this morning into 12/5.
That makes Chelsea by far the most likely Premier League destination, despite links to Liverpool who are out at 12/1 – the same price as Real Madrid.
Manchester United (16/1), Man City, Barcelona (both 20/1), Juventus and PSG (both 25/1) follow in the market.
Our own midfield general Paddy Power said: “The next destination for 20-year-old wonderkid Kai Havertz has been one of our most popular transfer markets in the few days.
“Chelsea have accounted for most of the cash as their odds continue to crumble, but our odds suggest he stay a little closer to home. Plus, our tin hats were firmly in place when he was left out of the squad to face Bayern at the weekend.”
