A move to China may have fallen through last summer but, while some think his career may be going south, it looks like Gareth Bale could instead be about to go west.
Bale flew to the Far East back in July 2019 ahead of a move to Jiangsu Suning before the Real Madrid board stepped in and called the whole thing off.
The Prince of Wales is known not to be best pals with Real manager Zinedine Zidane, and odds of Bale finally leaving Madrid have shortened dramatically over the last 24 hours.

Rumours are swirling around Madrid’s desire to refresh their squad, and with Bale hardly Zidane’s class pet, a move to the good ‘ol US of A could suit all parties.
We’ve slashed the price of a move over to MLS from 12/1 down to 3/1.
A long-mooted switch to Manchester United is next up in the betting at 7/1 with a return to former club Tottenham at 10/1.
Inter Milan, who Bale famously tormented in the Champions League on his rise to become a global star back during his Spurs days are at 12/1 with Italian rivals Juventus at the same price.
A swap from Madrid to Paris to join PSG is 14/1.
