Football betting tips: A smart 6/1 value double on Liverpool v West Ham

One goal conceded in 10 games all points to a Liverpool win to nil.

It felt weird during the week watching Liverpool lose a game. Saul Niguez’s early goal killed the game and gave Atletico something to hold onto, which they did very well. But West Ham at home could be the easiest game of the season for the Reds.

The two played at the end of January in the London Stadium and it was all very comfortable for Liverpool. West Ham looked like a team that were not up for the fight of a relegation battle. When you look at their squad – and particularly going forward – they have lots of quality but the reality is that they have taken two points from their last seven league games and have slipped into the relegation zone.

Liverpool have failed to drop a single point at home this season and are as short as 2/1 to win all their remaining home games. They’ve only conceded nine goals all season at Anfield so it’s hard to see a West Ham side that have only scored 10 goals away from home breaking this Liverpool defence down, especially with the partnership of Van Dijk and Gomez, who have conceded one goal in the last 10 Premier League games.

All the numbers points to a comfortable win to nil for Liverpool.

With the injury to Jordan Henderson, this is the perfect chance for Naby Keita to get his place back in the 11. He’s struggled to get a proper run in the side since his move from Leipzig but he’s shown moments of brilliance in that period. He looked sharp before he picked up his latest injury, scoring goals away to Salzburg and Bournemouth in the same week. He gets himself into some great goal-scoring positions with his runs from midfield, something that Liverpool really lacked with the midfield of Fabinho, Henderson and Wijnaldum against Atletico.

If Naby Keita is in the starting 11 he looks a big price at 16/5 to score anytime!

Jurgen Klopp

As mentioned above, Liverpool with Van Dijk and Gomez as a partnership have conceded one goal in the last 990 minutes of football in the league and you can back Liverpool (who have won all league games at home) to win without conceding at 10/11.

Liverpool to win to nil and Naby Keita to score anytime can be backed at 6/1 in our “#WhatOddsPaddy – Featured” section onsite.
