If you haven’t checked the fixtures for this weekend, let us tell you that Sunday is one hell of a day in the Premier League.
In a day of derbies Chelsea host near neighbours Fulham, while Liverpool welcome Everton to Anfield. However, Sunday’s most important game is probably taking place at the Emirates as Arsenal and Tottenham throw down in the North London Derby.
With just three points between the sides at the top of the table, you would think that a steady hand is needed in the middle of the park. So, of course, the Premier League turned to one of their most experienced refs in Mike Dean.
Well, that hasn’t pleased everyone it seems. Actually, to be quite honest nearly no one on social media was happy with Dean’s appointment.
Arsenal and Tottenham fans rarely see eye-to-eye on pretty much anything, but in this case, they are united. They don’t want Dean officiating the game on Sunday and they flooded the Premier League’s Twitter account to complain after the announcement was made.

Why do the authorities make such silly decisions. He may or may not be biased towards Spurs but if he doesn’t referee the match it ceases to be an issue.
