Wednesday night’s headline fixtures sees high-flying Italian giants Juventus taking on Premier League also-rans Man United in a contest that could see the former qualify for the knockout rounds with two matches to spare in the group stage.
The last time the two sides met, Juve were visibly the superior team, but United have since found some form, so an upset may be on the cards. Aiming to prevent this and fire his team into the next round will be the bianconeri’s Cristiano Ronaldo, who made his name while on the books of the Manchester outfit.
