It’s a sign of change at Arsenal that Marouane Fellaini, the bristling, bruising battering-ram in Jose Mourinho’s last-ditch, lump-it-forward lineups whenever United chased a goal in recent seasons, is set to announce he’s stretching his considerable legs by sauntering from the northwest to north London.
Following confirmation from the midfielder that an announcement on his future will be made ‘soon’, we make Arsenal favourites to be the Belgian’s likely destination after almost five years in Manchester.

David Moyes’ biggest signing in his only summer tansfer window at Old Trafford, the lanky lightning rod from the Low Countries was always in an awkward spot with fans of the Red Devils.
Despite scoring some big goals in the years post-Ferguson, his clumsy and combatative style rubbed many supporters – as well as the occasional opponent – up the wrong way.
It looks likely his flailing arms and sinewy legs could be doing the same job for Gooners next season if our odds are correct, with 5/6 saying he’ll be joining Unai Emery’s revolution before the transfer window is shut – his current contract running out at the end of this week.
When asked about the big man’s possible move, our spokesman Paddy Power said: “I’m honestly relieved that it looks like one of football’s greatest villains is staying in England. I wasn’t ready to say goodbye to those sharp elbows and that magnificent hair.
“Arsenal are the favourites to sign him, and our punters have been weighing in big on him heading down to London to cause more carnage.”
