In case you missed the day’s big team news this morning, Manchester United have confirmed that Paul Pogba will miss today’s FA Cup tie away to Huddersfield.
After a week filled with whispers of a spat between the French midfielder and his manager at Old Trafford, something which Jose Mourinho was at pains to deny yesterday, his absence today will not help matters for Man United fans.
The row apparently stems from reports in L’Equipe of Pogba’s wish to play in a more offensive position for The Red Devils, contrary to the Special One’s plans.
