Southampton v Huddersfield – Aaron Mooy

Huddersfield’s resident Socceroo has been in outstanding form for The Terriers since his summer transfer from Manchester City netting four Premier League goals – including a double in his last outing at Watford.

He also has two first goals to his name so far in the 2017/2018 campaign and being a Sydney boy I believe he’ll relish the sea air in Southampton to grab the opener on Saturday.

Swansea v Crystal Palace – Wilfried Zaha

You got to dig the swag Wilfried Zaha is playing with at moment and even though he plays for the Ivory Coast these day, Roy Hodgson is reaping the benefits from the man he capped twice as England boss.

Zaha is Palace’s top scorer this season and should take up the mantle left behind by the suspended Christian Benteke this weekend against a beleaguered Swansea.

West Ham v Newcastle – Marko Arnautović

Oh, I do love a bad boy and I have to admit I was a big fan of what Marko Arnautović did at his former club last week. The Croatian was having none of this ‘respect your old club’ crap and stuck it to the Potters after he hit the back of the net for West Ham.

Moyesy seems to be working his magic with Arnautović, who on his day can be one of the most skilful players the league has to offer. With Rafa Benitez’s boys more off colour than me after our Christmas party, I believe Marko’s the man to nab the opener here.

Man City v Bournemouth – Sergio Aguero

Poor Bournemouth, you’d think that after being spanked 4-0 at home by Liverpool last weekend that things couldn’t get any worse for them. Well, you’d be very wrong because they’ve got to make the trip to table toppers Manchester City next.

The Citzens are yet to taste defeat this season and have swatted away all comers with relative ease so far. Pep Guardiola had the luxury of resting his first team and still beating Leicester in the Carabao Cup in midweek, so I’m picking a fresh Sergio Aguero to do the business here.

Burnley v Tottenham – Scott Arfield

Yes, I know it’s a bit of an unfashionable selection to go with Scott Arfield, but I still believe double demin is cool – so there!

The Canadian has scored the first goal on both occasions he’s hit the net this season and with Clarets’ defence harder to open than Arsene Wenger’s wallet, I’m going with Arfield to spread a rare smile across Sean Dyche’s face.

Leicester v Man United – Romelu Lukaku

Romelu Lukaku has done the business for me in his last two Premier League outings, so why abandon a gift that keeps on giving and no we are not talking about Bristol City before you ask!

Leicester’s form has been spottier than a Dalmatian lately and I believe Lukaku will make it three in three on Saturday.
