With Steve Bruce under huge pressure at Aston Villa, Paddy Power have priced up the candidates to replace him – and we make new club captain John Terry favourite.
The defender, who has yet to win a game while at the club, is 7/2 to be appointed should under-fire Bruce depart.
Other candidates for the role include Chris Coleman at 10/1, Roy Hodgson (12/1), and former boss Martin O’Neill coming in at 12/1.

Asked about Terry’s chances spokesman Paddy Power said: “It could be a case of captain, leader, legend, manager for John Terry if Steve Bruce is sacked.
“Personally, I think he’ll be great for team and fan morale. He’ll be generous with the plus ones to the Christmas party, and dress like a fan on the touchline – in full kit.”
