Never a place for the faint-hearted, The Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast on talkSPORT was the platform for one Manchester City fan to lose his sh** on the performance of manager Pep Guardiola this morning.
The supporter was unhappy with the club’s loss to Arsenal in yesterday’s FA Cup semi-final – which ended any hope of silverware in Guardiola’s first season in charge at the Etihad – and he wasn’t shy in sharing his feelings.
The enraged fan told the show he felt the City boss inherited great teams at previous clubs Barcelona and Bayern Munich, labelling him unable to rebuild a side – which he believes The Citizens are in need of.
It didn’t stop there as he slammed Guardiola, calling him a “serial big head” and even went as far as saying the Spaniard had “ruined” Manchester City.
With the battle for Champions League places still raging on, it’s an interesting development to hear some City fans turning on the manager this close to the end of the season. If you want to hear the rant for yourself, you can listen below:
