Three statistically stunning bets to cash in on for Arsenal v Man City

We’ve dived deep into the markets so you don’t have to…

Man City to win with both teams scoring – 11/4

With more uncertainly swirling around Arsenal manager’s post than the upcoming Brexit negotiations, Arsene Wenger’s men welcome Pep Guardiola and Manchester City to the Emirates on Sunday in a massive contest in the race for the top four positions.

A win for the Gunners will yank them right back into the conversation for the Champions League spots as they currently sit seven points behind their opponents with a game in hand. City, for their part, will know a victory in North London could possibly push them too far from Arsenal’s reach as the Premier League heads into its final stretch.

Games between these two recently rarely disappoint and you can almost promise goals galore. The net has been found an incredible 15 times in the last four games the pair have played and there was no clean sheet for either of the sides in those matches, so we don’t expect to see a blank come Sunday.

Unfortunately for Arsenal fans their club’s terrible run of form, where they’ve lost four of their last six (only beating non-league outfits Lincoln and Sutton), makes them impossible to back in this contest. Guardiola charges have claimed three of their last four and we’re tipping them to win with both teams scoring at 11/4 as our number one wager.

Theo Walcott to score first – 5/1

He may have been dumped out of the recent England squad by Gareth Southgate, but on paper Arsenal’s Theo Walcott has a phenomenal recent record against Man City.

The winger has netted in three of his last four outings with The Citizens and seems to relish the sight of a sky blue jersey to take on.

He’s a nifty 5/1 to net the opener on Super Sunday and the stats suggest it could be the right place for your cash.

Walcott has scored first in this fixture in two of the last three games between the pair and another one this weekend could have you laughing all the way to the bank.

Man City to win 3-1 – 17/1

We couldn’t let the chance pass to have a little nibble at a long shot, but our research tells us it might just be within reach.

Arsenal have lost six of their last nine fixtures and have managed to score a single consolation goal in reply in all of them.

They’ve also dropped half of those six defeats by a 3-1 scoreline and when you add in that City have won three of their last five away outings by a two goal margin, then you might just have yourself a hell of an outside bet at 17/1.
