Stupid Punt: Hold tight West Ham, there’s a 500/1 shot coming your way

Incoming! Here's our round up of the most weird and wonderful Premier League punts for this weekend...

Zlatan Ibrahimović to score first and Manchester United to beat Bournemouth 5-0, 50/1

It’s easy to see why this punter might be blinded by the Swedish giant’s latest antics, he bagged the winner in the League Cup final last week and took his tally to 26 goals this season. There has never been a 5-0 result between these two sides though, with 3-1 being United’s greatest win over Bournemouth in the Premier League era. If this bet lands, though, this lad would be quids in if he backed it with Kicker. Kicker adds a boost to your winnings the more your team wins by, the more your return goes up. Lovely stuff.

Adam Lallana to score first and Liverpool to beat Arsenal 4-0, 200/1

Liverpool are no strangers to smashing four past The Gunners on home turf. They last did it in December 2000, and two years prior to that in May 2008. Our football ambassador, Paul Ince, netted twice in their win in 1998, alongside goals from Michael Owen and Øyvind Leonhardsen. Bet you haven’t heard that last name in a while! Both of these sides – particularly The Reds – have had a tough start to 2017, so this would be a real rescue result if it were to land. Good luck with that one!

Chelsea to beat West Ham 7-0, 500/1

I think if this result came in, we could pretty much take the Premier League trophy and pass it over to Antonio Conte now. Chelsea’s biggest win over the Hammers in the Prem era was 4-0, although they did put seven past Stoke back in 2010. Salomon Kalou netted a hat-trick, as well as goals from Daniel Sturridge, a Frank Lampard penalty and Florent Malouda.

What do you think?
