Three plucky punts on Bournemouth v Manchester City

We know they're not perfect but they might just be worth a wacky wager

Man City to win 4-0 – 20/1

Before you start thinking we’ve been out too long under the blue moon, believe it or not Man City have won this fixture with Bournemouth 4-0 on their previous two Premier League meetings.

In fact, City have picked off The Cherries with four goals to spare in every Premier League meeting the clubs have ever had (three), including a 4-0 romp at the Vitality Stadium last season.

When you add in that Pep Guardiola’s charges are only second to leaders Chelsea in terms of away points picked up on the road this season, it makes very worrying reading if you’re Eddie Howe.

Bournemouth haven’t won a Premier League game yet this year and lost three of their last four outings, so this result is definitely within the realm of possibility – especially when you consider that the men from the south coast have been stewing about conceding six at Everton for over a week now.

Gabriel Jesus to score a hat trick – 22/1

You couldn’t really go as far as saying that the signing of Gabriel Jesus has caused a resurrection in City’s season, but he’s settled to life at the club like a duck to water. So much so, he keeping the talismanic Sergio Aguero out of the side.

The 19-year-old Brazilian already has three Premier League goals to his name in just a couple of appearances. Hitting the back of the net against West Ham on his debut and a brace, including a late winner, at home to Swansea last time out.

At the rate he’s going it could well be worth sticking a cheeky fiver on him to double his tally tonight, after all he’s bloody Jesus!

Jesus & Sterling score and De Bruyne assists anytime – 16/1

This where we love our #WhatOddsPaddy punters on Twitter, as you asked for this and we’ve delivered!

We’ve already shared our Trump-like love of Jesus above, but this one could be well worth backing as well because the numbers make great reading for the bet to come off.

Firstly we’ll examine Raheem Sterling to score part, the former Liverpool man just loves the sight of the Cherries it seems. As he’s netted four times in three meetings with Bournemouth for City and that includes a hat trick in the home trashing last season.

Then you come to Kevin De Bruyne to grab an anytime assist, well look no further than the official Premier League stats and they’ll tell you the Belgian has laid on a whopping nine goals for Man City so far this campaign. That’s more than anyone else in the Premier League, so don’t say you weren’t warned.
