MIDDLESBROUGH V EVERTON: ROMELU LUKAKU

After netting four in one game against Bournemouth last week, the Big Belgian has propelled himself to the top of the goalscoring charts this season with 16 goals, narrowly surpassing Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Alexis Sanchez and Diego Costa. Middlesbrough, meanwhile, are without a win since December 17th and have not managed a win over The Toffees since 2006.

STOKE V CRYSTAL PALACE: PETER CROUCH

Honestly, we just want to see him bring out the robot celebration again. All jokes aside, 2017 has brought about a new dawn for Crouch, who is now Stoke’s top goal scorer this season with seven goals in all competitions. A tally that surpasses both Manchester United’s Paul Pogba and Leicester’s previously free-scoring Jamie Vardy.

SUNDERLAND V SOUTHAMPTON: JERMAIN DEFOE

David Moyes officially became a football genius last week, smashing all four goals past Crystal Palace in the first half. Jermain Defoe bagged half of those, taking his tally up to 14 goals this season making him joint-third top goalscorer for the season. He bagged a penalty the last time these two sides met in August 2016, and is near enough a banker in our Jackpot selections every week!

WEST HAM V WEST BROM: ANDY CARROLL

Carroll has bagged four goals in his last four games and officially took control of Dimitri Payet’s mural, which was replaced with his recent scorpion kick. The Hammers are five points behind West Brom, which poses the perfect opportunity to play catch-up here. It’s difficult to ignore Carroll’s scorching form and excellent ponytail, but if you fancy a West Brom player, James Morrison has scored within the first ten minutes of his last two games.

LIVERPOOL V TOTTENHAM: HARRY KANE

Although Liverpool’s record against Tottenham is impressive – having not lost a game against Spurs since 2012 – they’ve had a shocker of a start to 2017. They’re still chasing their first league win this year, and lost their 12-month unbeaten run to Swansea in January. They’ve gone from scoring goals, to conceding them, and we’re backing Kane to continue that misery this weekend.

BURNLEY V CHELSEA: EDEN HAZARD

What a stunner we saw from Eden Hazard last week! That solo goal was a real beauty, and in fact, Chelsea have won every league game that he has scored in this season (9). Whilst there’s every chance that a visit to Turf Moor could be a tough ask – due to The Clarets impressive home record, which is third greatest in the league – Hazard’s magic tempted us to choose him this time out.

SWANSEA V LEICESTER: GYLFI SIGURDSSON

Swansea very nearly grabbed a point at The Etihad last week thanks to a strike from Sigurdsson, who repeatedly shows his class in the league. Despite being unable to hold out, they headed into the game on the back of two consecutive wins over Liverpool and Southampton, and now face a Leicester team who look to be crumbling. The Foxes have the worst record of any defending PL champion and have conceded 41 goals this season, including three against United at home last week. It should be an opportunity for The Swans to capitalise and push themselves further away from relegation.

BOURNEMOUTH V MANCHESTER CITY: GABRIEL JESUS

For his next trick, Jesus is going to turn water into wine. No, but seriously, three games into the Premier League and already on three goals in three Premier League games, alongside notching up two assists. He’s keeping Sergio Aguero out of the team at the moment, and that’s pretty much all that needs to be said.
