Hotshot Jackpot has been won for the fourth time this season!
After two great days of football and racing for punters, this Christmas feels like its been sponsored by Paddy Power. To top off some great wins for punters, Hotshot Jackpot has just dropped thanks to Roberto Firmino and Daniel Sturridge.
When Liverpool kicked off against Stoke, we had 17 players still in with a chance of taking home a share of the £250k jackpot.
There was a lot of luck along the way to the last match – late goals from the likes of Arsenal’s Olivier Giroud in the 87th minute and West Ham’s big Andy Carroll in stoppage time spring to mind.
All 17 had opted for a Liverpool player to net in the final game, here’s a quick breakdown of how they shaped up. Not one of our remaining players selected a Stoke player, how could they not pick super Jon Walters.

Five players were hanging their hopes on Roberto Firmino – they were proven right. Four players wanted Divock Origi – who was substituted in the 69th minute ending their chance – to find the back of the net and a further four players needed a Sadio Mané goal, he had a goal taken off his toe as Stoke’s Giannelli Imbula tapped in an own goal just before him.
Two players received the gift of cold hard cash from Daniel Sturridge and finally, two players required a strike from James Milner – unfortunately that never came.

Roberto Firmino may have been making the headlines on Christmas Eve for all the wrong reasons, but our Hotshot Jackpot winners won’t care about that after his goal in the 43rd minute landed them a share of the prize.
Having had a shot cleared off the line in the 28th minute and blazing over in the 37th Firmino must have had our winners on an emotional rollercoaster until his shot crashed in off both posts a few minutes later to send them into dreamland.
There was further joy for our punters in the 71st minute as Sturridge sized on a terrible back pass from Ryan Shawcross, having only been on the field a little over 60 seconds, to bring in two more to the winners enclosure.
Right then, that Sturridge goal means another two joint winners of #HotshotJackpot! Currently 7 winners sharing the £250k!

Our winners are finely spread all over the UK with two hailing from London, one in Bolton, one fella from Derbyshire, another that calls Telford home, an Oxford resident and a final winner located in Kent.
The goals mean the £250,000 jackpot has been won again by 7 lucky winners, who take home a share of over £35,000 each. What a way to cap off Christmas and start the New Year in style!
So #HotshotJackpot has been won again. Basically, it seems easy to win a share of 250k. Enter here every week -> https://t.co/Z7qwZUSUpQ pic.twitter.com/XSG6Of7gCT
