Margot Robbie has revealed that she exchanges texts with Prince Harry – leading to suggestions that she could add some Hollywood glamour to Pippa Middleton’s wedding.
Paddy Power are quoting 25/1 that the Wolf of Wall Street star gets a place on the exclusive guestlist to those nuptials – possibly as a result of her blossoming friendship with Pippa’s brother-in-law, Harry.
The bookie also offers odds on the Aussie – who is an adopted Brit, living in South London, and dating an Englishman – taking British citizenship (8/1).
They have even opened a new market on Robbie marrying Prince Harry (66/1), after requests from punters this morning.
Last month, the bookmaker made Robbie the favourite to become the next Bond girl, as she dominated headlines with top-billing roles in Tarzan and Suicide Squad.
That generated a lot of interest, and her odds of landing the role have been cut from 12/1 to 6/1.
She’s favourite for the role, ahead of the likes of Emily Blunt (16/1), Blurred Lines model Emily Ratajkowski (22/1) and Emma Watson (40/1).
The current favourite to take the lead role of the franchise, secret agent 007, is Brit actor Jack Huston (2/1), best known for his role in Boardwalk Empire.
But fans of the movies could be waiting a while for the next instalment, with the bookie saying that 2018 (5/4) is the most likely release date for it.
Spokesman Paddy Power said: “Some punters think that Robbie could Mar-got from Jane of the jungle to queen of the jungle after the news that she’s been texting Harry.
“We think that’s a long shot – she’s far more likely to take British citizenship, just in time to play a Bond girl.”
