A 40/1 European football acca to go alongside your Saturday night curry

Poland, Holland and the Iberian peninsula are all places you could afford to go if you back this evening accumulator

Now, we know most of you won’t care about these teams until you inevitably draw them in the Europa League. That is of course, if you’re not Aston Villa and actually have a chance of ever getting to the Europa League. But after a successful couple of weeks, Paddy’s picked out another bet for you to keep an eye on while you sit at home watching Ant & Dec.

Legia Warsaw vs Gornik Zabzre – Ekstraklasa – 19:30

Top vs bottom, the in-form team in Legia against the relegation fodder of Gornik Zabzre. UK punters know that the Polish league can be a little bit crazy at times, just look at those fans at the top of the page. They’ll be a lot happier if Legia can pick up their eighth win in nine games later tonight. Back Legia to win and there to be 3 or 4 total goals in the match at 17/10.

FC Heerenveen vs FC Utrecht – Eredivisie- 19:45

The Everton and Stoke of Holland collide on Saturday evening in Freisland. Utrecht, currently in the Europa League places (of which there are four in Holland) and with a steady attack going forward, against  Heerenveen, who are not only a decent score in Scrabble, but boast the likes of Pele Van Aanholt amongst their ranks. The two sides’ form is quite similar, the home time with 13 points from the last eight, and Utrecht with 12. Too close to split, so back both teams to score at 8/15

Sporting Lisbon vs Benfica – Primeira Liga – 20:45

This is more like it. Top two, in a right old scrap for the title and both in sumptuous form. Sporting are undefeated in ten games, Benfica have not lost in their last ten away from home. They are the top two in everything. Home form table, away form table, offense, defence and league.

There’s one key stat in there though, and it’s that Benfica have scored 16 more goals than their opponents. including 12 in their last three away games. Back over 3.5 goals in an absolute corker at 11/4

Deportivo la Coruna vs Malaga – 21:05

One point and one goal separate these two in La Liga. Neither are safe from relegation yet, so both need the win. Deportivo probably need it more to break a rotten run of form which has seen them winless since mid-December in the league. The way that Malaga set up, they tend not to score, but not to concede that much either, they’ve a better defence than Real Madrid.

Don’t forget, you can watch all La Liga games streamed live on Paddy Power, just log into your account and select your game. I’d be looking at under 2.5 goals in this one at 4/7
