Andy Gray is backing Man City, Chelsea and Everton in his 2/1 treble on a massive weekend

The title could be decided on Sunday

But I'm backing the Toffees to help bring up my treble.

What a topsy-turvy week we’ve just had. Leicester’s draw with West Brom which we thought was a slip, but it turns out it actually saw them go further clear. Man United somehow beating Watford, Liverpool destroying Man City after losing to them on Sunday. I’m trying to bring it back to normality with a 2/1 treble of Man City, Chelsea and Everton.

Watford vs Leicester – 17:30 Saturday – Live on Sky Sports 1

You know it’s your year when you have a disappointing draw at home, and still manage to pull a bit clearer at the top of the table. Leicester should have won against West Brom during the week, but credit to Tony Pulis’ side. Watford on the other hand should’ve won at Old Trafford, they were the better side.

The most famous meeting of these two came at Vicarage Road in the playoffs in 2013. Troy Deeney scored a memorable goal that day, and has been picking up a lot of the slack from misfiring Odion Ighalo.

I’m worried about Leicester’s scoring rate. They aren’t netting as much as they did in the first half of the season. A point isn’t a bad result for them.

Andy’s bet: Draw at 23/10

Crystal Palace vs Liverpool – 13:30 Sunday – Live on Sky Sports

Liverpool have bad memories of Selhurst Park. Who knows how different the Premier League would be today if they managed to hold on against the Eagles in May of 2014?  Palace have gone last five home games without a victory though.

Liverpool are firing now with a fully fit Sturridge being backed up by Firmino and Coutinho. Where was this form earlier in the year?

But they are in a good frame of mind now, and I’m tipping them to continue their form. A comfortable 2-1 victory

Andy’s bet: Adam Lallana first goalscorer at 10/1

West Brom vs Manchester United – 4pm Sunday – Live on Sky Sports

Two very similar managers with two completely different targets.
Tony Pulis and his Baggies are comfortably mid table and barring a sharp downturn of form, should finish there.
Man United have managed to reel their noisy neighbours in and are now level with the Champions League places. Who’d have thunk that back when they six win less games in December?

LVG keeps saying they’ve turned a corner. They haven’t. Watford battered them during the week. West Brom will be up for this. I’m thinking it’ll be another draw

Andy’s bet: 1-1 draw at 11/2

Chelsea vs Stoke – 3pm Saturday

Remember Chelsea’s ‘worst start to the season of all time’? Let me put that in a little bit of context. They were above Liverpool in the table on Tuesday And they’re looking like the side that stormed to the league title last season. Nine goals in three games speaks for itself. Stoke did manage to turn them over in the Britannia though.

Andy’s bet: Chelsea win at 1/2

Man City vs Aston Villa – 3pm Saturday

Miracles can happen. But they don’t. Man City are going to win this one easily, and it could be very very embarrassing for Aston Villa. They should prepare for the Championship now, give the u21’s a go out on the pitch and bleed them into the team for next year.

Andy’s bet: Man City win at 2/9

Everton vs West Ham – 3pm Saturday

Sooner or later, West Ham will run out of steam. They’ve had the longest season so far of any Premier League club, and even though they won during the week, I think Everton need this win more.

Andy’s bet:Everton to win at 3/4

Newcastle vs Bournemouth – 3pm Saturday

If Newcastle lose, Steve McClaren is out of his job. I’m expecting 55,000 Geordies to be bellowing their lungs out in support of the Toon Army. Bournemouth were impressive against Southampton, but they won’t repeat the feat.

Andy’s bet: Newcastle win at 8/5

Southampton vs Sunderland – 3pm Saturday

Southampton are playing well, good football. Sunderland are difficult to play against, but the Saints have far too much quality going forward. I think the pace of the game is going to suit Ronald Koeman’s side, and they’ll come out on top.

Andy’s bet:Southampton win at 3/5

Swansea vs Norwich – 3pm Saturday

The win during the week was huge for Swansea but I was not convinced by them. It was more a result of Arsenal’s failings. I fancy the Canaries to sneak something and keep their fight against relegation alive.
Andy’s bet:Score draw at 9/2

What do you think?
