7.15pm: Chris Dobey v Josh Rock – Dobey to win

There’s some juice in the price on Dobey to beat Rock on Saturday night given the way the players have progressed to this stage of the competition.

Dobey is more experienced at this stage of the event and he averaged 95.62 in his last match, as Rock only posted 87.13 in a 3-0 win over Rhys Griffin.

Dobey has won both meetings between the pair this calendar year and will be eyeing a return to the Premier League lineup, given the high profile names that have already exited this tournament, in the lead-up to the announcement of who’ll be in the Premier League lineup in 2025.

8:30pm: Michael van Gerwen v Brendan Dolan – Van Gerwen to Win & Most 180s

This match double is worth taking on in favour of the Dutchman given his record on the treble 20 of late.

Both players hit five 180s in 3-0 Round 2 victories, but with Van Gerwen at short odds to win the match, taking him to win the 180 count as well edges the odds up nicely.

In the last 12 months, MVG is at 0.29 180s per leg compared to Dolan’s 0.19, which shows over a large sample that he’s more prolific on the red bit.

The draw has opened up for Van Gerwen, and having not won the event for six years, he can send a message to the rest of the field with his display against Dolan.

Michael van Gerwen Most 180s & Win Match

9.45pm: Luke Littler v Ian White – Littler to Score 1st 180

Short odds make this a nice acca-boosting pick. Ian White didn’t hit a max until the third set of his victory over Ritchie Edhouse in Round 2.

Littler hit 10 in his opening match and is the most prolific 180-hitter on the tour this year. He is 1.02 to win the 180 battle and White is 1.67 to hit three or fewer in the entire match.

Littler has hit 0.40 180s per leg this season, double the regularity of White, at 1.20, so it feels like a strong angle into a match where the 17-year-old is so short in other pro-Littler markets.
