Emma Paton landed a monster 109/1 acca last Wednesday afternoon December 19 with a perfect four from four Ally Pally picks.

Here’s what the Sky Sports Darts presenter fancies for Thursday night’s session on December 28.

Gerwyn Price v Brendan Dolan – Gerwyn Price to Win 4-1

Kicking things off we have 2021 World Champion Gerwyn Price, who did a real professional job on Connor Scutt in the second round. It was interesting to hear him say afterwards that he was nervous about the crowd as he didn’t know the kind of reception he was going to get when he stepped foot in Ally Pally.

He was really assured and he’s going head-to-head against a former quarter-finalist here in Brendan Dolan. We know Brendan Dolan is a bit of a party spoiler but I think Price will be even more assured as those nerves will have settled. A fairly straight forward win, I’m going with Gerwyn Price to Win 4-1.

Luke Humphries v Ricardo Pietreczko – Luke Humphries to Win 4-1

Ricardo Pietreczko was brilliant in getting past Callan Rydz in five sets before the Christmas break. Luke Humphries, the pre-tournament favourite, put in a really good performance in the second round but it was not quite as expected considering his form in the lead up to the Paddy Power World Darts Championship.

I think this will be fairly straightforward. They’ve met three times previously and it’s been three wins for ‘Cool Hand Luke’. I’m going for Luke Humphries to Win 4-1.

I’m also going to opt for ‘Cool Hand Luke’ to Win, Hit the most 180s and Hit the highest checkout of the match.

Ricky Evans v Daryl Gurney – Daryl Gurney to Win 4-3

Closing out the action we have Ricky Evans, who was sensational in getting past world number six Nathan Aspinall, up against former major champion Daryl Gurney, who recorded a 101 average when getting past Steve Beaton in his opening tie in the second round.

I’m opting for Daryl Gurney to Win 4-3. I think he’ll have too much, but it will go all the way.
