7:10pm: Michael van Gerwen v Gerwyn Price – Van Gerwen to Win

Premier League Darts action returns on Thursday night with the roadshow heading to Exeter, and we’ve got Michael van Gerwen v Gerwyn Price kicking off the action.

Van Gerwen beat Price 6-5 last week to go to the top of the table ahead of Michael Smith. He also got the better of Chris Dobey and Jonny Clayton last Thursday night.

The Dutchman has won six matches and he’s got a leg differential of +11 following his week four triumph last time out.

Van Gerwen edged past Price last week when averaging 94.40 compared to Price’s 91.94 and we’re expecting more of the same. Van Gerwen to Win kicks off our acca.

7:40pm: Nathan Aspinall v Michael Smith – Smith to Win

Next up is Nathan Aspinall v Michael Smith, with the latter looking to regain his spot at the top of the Premier League Darts table.

Smith beat Peter Wright last week before losing 6-1 against Price in the semi-finals and missing out on a final against Van Gerwen.

PDC World Champion and World No.1 Smith will be desperate to bounce back from that drubbing, which saw him land a highest checkout of just 41.

Aspinall, who is searching for his first night win, lost 6-4 against Clayton last time out as he dropped down to fourth in the table. We’re expecting him to struggle against Smith so we’re backing ‘Bully Boy’ to win.

8:10pm: Dimitri van den Bergh v Chris Dobey – Van den Bergh to Win

Now we’ve got a clash between Belgium and England as World No. 11 Dimitri van den Bergh faces World No. 21 Chris Dobey.

Dobey is one of four players to win a night so far in Premier League Darts, however, both of these players have managed to win three games and they’re level on five points.

Both men lost in the quarter-finals last week, with Price beating Van den Bergh and Dobey losing against night winner Van Gerwen.

This could be a close affair but we’re siding with Van den Bergh to Win. If you want some added value you could chuck in Van den Bergh to Have the Most 180s too as he’s hit the second-most out of the field.

8:40pm: Jonny Clayton v Peter Wright – Under 5.5 180s

Finally, we’ve got Jonny Clayton v Peter Wright, which sees second bottom and bottom go head to head.

It’s been a disaster for Wright during Premier League Darts and he’s still searching for his first game win and his leg differential is -9.

Clayton, meanwhile, has won a couple of games and he sits on four points. He beat Aspinall 6-4 last week before coming up against Van Gerwen in the semi-finals.

While Clayton to win could be a value pick, we’re going to back Under 5.5 180s as two struggling players face off. They’re the bottom two for 180s made in Premier League Darts and that trend should continue.
