Deta Hedman has been touring on the women’s circuit since 1987, but she takes on another experienced hand on the PDC in Andy Boulton – who is a very capable player on his day.
There is a gulf in ability here. Hedman managed to qualify through the women’s series with an average of 79 but her form has appeared to dip on the big stage in recent years where she has only averaged above the 60’s in two out of her last five appearances in TV tournaments.
Andy Boulton is by no means in the top echelons of the PDC, but should win this easily.

8.05pm – Damon Heta v Danny Baggish
Damon Heta has been one of the big success stories of the 2020 season, winning a players championship event along with two quarter-final appearances in major championships – the Grand Slam of Darts and Players Championship Finals.
He has a tough draw here against the America, Danny Baggish. Baggish is the reigning North American Champion, an event in which he had 2 100+ averages in qualifying for.
I think Heta will get over the line here given his brilliant form of late, but I fancy Baggish to push him all the way.
Best bet: Danny Baggish (+1.5)
