Sky Sports presenter Dave runs us through Thursday's action

Last night Scott ‘Scotty 2 Hotty’ Waites won all three games to top the group. He also got seven darts to a 9 darter, in what was an impressive showing.

Anyway, on to tonight’s action, and we’re on Day 28 of the PDC Home Tour with Michael ‘Bully Boy’ Smith the main attraction alongside Luke Humphries, the world youth champion.

Michael Smith v Mike van Duivenbode

Bully Boy Smith is ranked number five in the world, and should get off to a flying start here. He’s played seven times against Duivenbode and he has managed to win all of them.

I can’t see anything but a 5-2 Smith win @ 16/5.

If it’s still going, there are probably odds on it at PaddyPower.com

Luke Humphreys v Andy Boulton

Humphreys is the reigning world youth champion, while Boulton is an experienced campaigner who has won both of their head-to-head matches, including knocking his opponent out of the UK Open.

I’m expecting a tense match, but a 5-4 victory to Boulton @ 11/2.

Mike van Duivenbode v Andy Boulton

Boulton won the two previous encounters last year 6-0 and 6-1.

I’m backing the experienced Scot to get the job done again. Boulton to win 5-3 is available @ 6/1.

Michael Smith v Luke Humphreys

This is box office stuff, the main event of the evening. World Championship finalist v World Youth Champion.

Humphreys is improving all the time, and won the last match he played. Expect plenty of 180s – Smith has scored 11 in his last three matches.

I’m going for Humphreys 5-3 at @ 9/2.

Luke Humphreys v Mike van Duivenbode

Humphreys is a far better player in every aspect, so expect a wide scoreline here.

I’m backing Humphreys to win 5-2 @ 7/2.

Andy Boulton v Michael Smith

Smith turned up the heat in the last game by claiming victory in a tight match.

Boulton will put up a fight but I fancy a 5-3 victory to Smith @ 3/1.

Tonight’s treble

1 – Boulton to do a job on Humphreys 5-4 @ 11/2

2 – Boulton to do a job on Van Duivenbode 5-3 @ 6/1

3 – Humphreys to beat Smith 5-3 @ 9/2

That tasty treble comes in at just under 160/1!
