Darts From Home: Watch Jamie Redknapp v Wayne Bridge clash in charity match

Both players are playing for NHS charity Heroes, and the match will be broadcast in full on Facebook LIVE, Instagram LIVE and Twitter TONIGHT at 7pm…

We’re filling the void left in the sporting calendar- by holding a darts match between Jamie ‘Breakable’ Redknapp and Wayne ‘Unbreakable’ Bridge.

The ‘Darts From Home’ match, which is a best of seven legs, sees the two former Premier League stars play each other on the interactive Target Nexus dartboard.

The boards allows the players to see each other, speak to each other and play each other from their own homes – meaning the match can happen in complete isolation, during lockdown.

Both players have donated their fee to the match to NHS charity Heroes, which offers help to healthcare workers across Britain. In addition, Paddy Power will also be making a £500 donation to the same charity for every score over 100.

The clash was filmed on mounted iPhones sent to both players and will be available to view on the Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube channels of both Paddy Power and Target Darts. Just watch below:

Former England left-back Bridge said: “I don’t know if Jamie will get through the match – he’s nicknamed ‘Breakable’ for a reason. Hopefully, the match will go the distance and we can raise a load of cash for charity.”
