Perhaps the reason for Pakistan’s openers scoring more runs is their caution. Their run rate at the World Cup is 5.9 runs per over, which is better than only Afghanistan, Netherlands and Bangladesh.

Heinrich Klaasen to Hit a 4 and a 6
Heinrich Klaasen has been in a brutal mood so far in the tournament, his ruthless 109 off just 67 balls against England will live long in the memory. He is averaging three sixes and 4.4 4s per innings in India, so Klaasen to hit a 4 and a 6 is on the cards.
