Jake Paul’s foray into boxing continues and his next fight is perhaps the most high-profile yet.
‘The Problem Child’ caught the boxing world’s attention when he knocked out former NBA star Nate Robinson on the undercard of Mike Tyson v Roy Jones Jr back in 2020.
Back then the idea of a social media superstar, who has millions of followers stepping into the ring, as a full-time fighter was something that hadn’t really been seen before.
Of course, now it’s the ‘norm’ and while there are still many critics, the level of attention and number of pay-per-view buys in bouts involving Paul can’t be ignored.
His fight against Tommy Fury last year was his most respectable and biggest yet, until now. That’s because Paul will face former world heavyweight champion – and a man who is regarded as one of the best boxers in history – Mike Tyson.
The fight was originally scheduled to take place in July, but has since been postponed for medical reasons with a new date finally announced.
