Denver Nuggets @ Oklahoma City Thunder

Nikola Jokic is rolling at the moment right now.

Last time out in the overtime win over the Suns Jokic became the first player in history to record a triple-double with 30+ points and 20+ rebounds and assists, absolutely absurd. Now he and the rest of the Nuggets are travelling to Oklahoma to take on the Thunder in what should be a thrilling clash at the top of the West.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Over 31.5 points

This will be a tough test for Denver and they have come unstuck recently against the likes of Boston and the Lakers, plus Jokic is clearly in need of a rest but he is on the injury report as probably. We are ultimately backing OKC in this one but for bets we like the two MVP candidates to put on absolute show.

Phoenix Suns @ Dallas Mavericks

Kevin Durant, Over 25.5 points

Things are going from bad to worse for the Mavs at the moment, and they are in complete freefall. The Suns were obviously on the wrong side of Jokic making history, but they should have more than enough to take care of business against this Dallas team. Kevin Durant has been playing well recently, and he should feast in this one, so we’re backing him to comfortably hit his over.

Memphis Grizzlies @ New Orleans Pelicans

Desmond Bane, Over 30.5 points & rebounds

The Grizzlies have been up and down recently but they’ve had a tough schedule and they’ve played a lot of fun basketball. They’re still just sitting there in fourth in the West, doing their thing whilst everyone focuses on the three teams above them. The Pelicans continue to have a miserable season and it’s hard to see Memphis not taking this one. Regardless of the result we’re expecting another big night for Desmond Bane as he stays hot.

Cleveland Cavaliers @ Milwaukee Bucks

Donovan Mitchell to score 25+ points

The Bucks are back up to fourth in the East although their four-game winning streak was snapped last night by the Orlando Magic. Even if they had kept it to five games it doesn’t seem as impressive when you consider the Cavaliers arrive in Milwaukee with a 13-game winning streak…

We’ve gone for a simple Donovan Mitchell bet to round things out here. Both Giannis and Dame would be tempting despite the Cavs being favourites for this one but both are on the injury report and although Lillard is likely to play, Antetokounmpo is questionable so we’re staying away from both to be safe and sticking with Mitchell instead.
