Exclusive: Jake Paul’s next fight to be with Netflix’s IT guy

It's been revealed that Jake Paul's next opponent will be the guy at Netflix responsible for the streaming sh*tshow during Friday night's fight

Jake Paul’s next opponent has already been confirmed just hours after going 8 rounds with a geriatric Mike Tyson.

The YouTuber-turned-boxer scored a points victory over two-time heavyweight champion Tyson who landed just one punch, which came during the weigh-in.

27-year-old Paul punched 58-year-old Tyson for 16-minutes straight, or 28 minutes if you include the buffering on Netflix.

Boxing fans were left seething as the streaming service encountered difficulties throughout their first foray into live combat sports.

After viewers flocked to social media to vent their fury, the American influencer snatched the microphone from ring announcer Big Mo and threw down the gauntlet to Netflix’s IT guy.

‘It’s me and Dave, Netflix’s IT guy, at 150lbs. Any time. Any place’, proclaimed Paul, as booing fans poured out of the AT&T Stadium.

‘Dave’s going to want a payday after Netflix fired his ass a few minutes ago and I’m prepared to offer him millions to hug it out for 8 rounds’.

As the trash talking intensified, Paul yelled:

‘People thought they were watching the fight on a dodgy Firestick.

‘It’s the only free-to-watch fight in boxing history where people have asked for a refund.’

‘Tyson’s 1987 Nintendo game “Punch-Out” had a better resolution than the sh*t you streamed tonight’.

After IT guy Dave ignored the call-out, Paul was spotted outside a Dallas nursing home offering patients $1m to fight him.

Meanwhile, streaming giants Netflix have denied they spoiled the occasion.

‘Many viewers thought their screens had frozen such was Tyson’s lack of mobility during the fight’, read a statement on behalf of the company.

‘While we admit there were a few server issues early on caused by a few lads in Japan trying to watch Squid Games, things got better as the fight went on – unlike Tyson’.

Following last night’s disastrous showing by Netflix, Paddy Power News understands Paul intends to sell the rights to his next fight to video retailer Xtra-vision.
