‘Wanted: Traitor’ Barcelona fans put up posters attacking Neymar

It's starting to get ugly with Barcelona fans ahead of Neymar's mega-move to PSG

At the minute, Neymar is in the middle of one of football’s biggest transfer scraps. It looks as though, with a buyout clause of €222m, he could set to be the world’s most expensive footballer. Swatting Paul Pogba aside with the nonchalance of avoiding Tesco’s own brand tomato ketchup in favour of Heinz.

So, when you’re only 25-years-old, and arguably one of the best players on the planet, how do your fans react when you decide to sack them off? Not well. Especially when your supporters are those who support the second most successful football club ever…

And, with the Brazilian now 1/8 to head to PSG and rumours circling that he just undertook his medial in Dubai, the situation is turning ugly amongst Barcelona fans.

Posters have appeared surrounding the Camp Nou with a photo of the wantaway footballer, alongside the words:

“Wanted: Traitor,”

“Mercenaries out of Barcelona. Only players who love the shirt.”

Ouch. Though with a rumoured €30m a year coming into his bank account, we doubt he’ll be losing any sleep.
